Our story
One person, still in school, doing it properly
Peninsula Auto Valeting is run by one person — me. I do the detailing, I built this website, and when you get in touch, it's me you're talking to, not a call centre.
I fit jobs in around school — weekends, evenings, and the holidays — but it's not a hobby I'm dabbling in. It's a real business with a proper process, and I don't cut corners just because I'm running it solo.
The service is fully mobile and the area is deliberately small: Howth, Sutton and Bayside. I come to wherever the car is parked, so all you need to have ready is an outdoor tap and an outdoor socket — everything else arrives with me. You'll have a price before I start, and it doesn't move unless you add something on.
Being small means being better than “good enough” matters more, not less. pH-balanced products, clean water per car, two buckets, soft towels — and the parts nobody photographs done properly. Door shuts. Boot lips. The vent behind the gear stick. That's where the difference between a wash and a valet actually lives.
Salt air is hard on cars out here. A regular valet with a coat of ceramic wax is the cheapest maintenance your car will ever get, and it's the difference between a five-year-old car that looks it and one that doesn't.
