Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Yes — we work from your outdoor tap and a socket we can reach, so please make sure both are available and switched on before we arrive. An ordinary garden tap and an outdoor or garage socket are plenty. If you're not sure you have either, tell us when you book and we'll talk it through.
Are the wheels and arches included, or extra?
Included. Every exterior detail covers the alloys cleaned on the face and inside the barrel, the arches cleaned out, and the tyres scrubbed back and dressed. There's no separate wheel package and no extra charge for it — it's part of the exterior price you're quoted.
How long does a valet take?
An interior or exterior detail on its own is usually 1.5–2 hours. A full valet — interior and exterior together — typically runs 2.5–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition.
Why are prices shown as 'from'?
Vehicle size sets the base price, and condition sets the rest. A lightly used car and one that's been through a winter of dog walks are different jobs. We confirm the final figure when you book, before any work starts.
What if it rains?
Light rain is not a problem for most of the work. If conditions would genuinely affect the finish, we'll call you and move the slot — no charge.
